Her Fall Chapter 8 Full Release was just completed, uploaded, and added to the Patreon.

               I am trying to sort out the issues here on itch.io. Some users have brought to my attention that there are files that are missing, that should not be missing. The issue seems to be with the butler updater. I have messaged itch.io support to ask about being able to upload larger files than 1gb. So that I can upload the entire game at once that way I can bypass butler entirely. I can also use that to be able to upload different versions at the same time, so that I can have the patreon content here as well. Ideally I would like to have the paid and free versions up at the same time on here, so that when users play the game, if they decide they want to know what happens next without having to wait for the content they can just get it now by buying it, at the same price that the patrons are currently paying for it, without committing to a monthly subscription. 

                 That's about where we are with things right now. Today I made over 100 audio files for the chapter to ensure that the chapter was fully complete so I can FINALLY get started on Chapter 9. I have decided that I will be making the updates smaller since I am doing 2 games at once. Also due to the fact that the game is no longer a Kinetic novel, as it now has branching paths. With chapter 9 having 3 different branching points already scripted in. 

               I decided on 3 'scenes' for the first update of chapter 9. There are going to be 10 total 'scenes' for chapter 9, so I will be splitting into 3 or 4 releases, as scene 7 is where it will have 3 branches instead of 2. So far all I have done on chapter 9 is the bulletpoint script.
Tomorrow I will be writing the script of the first 3 scenes on both paths in their entirety, then getting as many of the renders and animations as possible before I pass out from exhaustion. That's generally my metric on when it's time to go to sleep. When I just can't stay awake anymore. Right now I am still deciding if I want to do just the 3 scenes scripting tomorrow then move on to getting renders or if I want to just spend the day doing nothing but writing the script. I do know that I want to spend more time on this next update on the script as I feel like the dialogue during the sex scenes was pretty lacking in the second half of chapter 8 as I didn't script that dialogue in advance as I usually do. Just kinda winged it and regretted it while reading it over while testing. Also want to spend more time working on the audio on this next chapter. I figure as long as I am getting better with each update that is a win in my book. But there were some points of the last update that I was just not happy with. I know that it was due to getting it done in only a week. It was due to trying to commit to the time frame. I should have just taken the extra time so that I was happy with it. But that will also hopefully be solved by working on smaller updates at a time. We will see.

Even the chapter 7.5 that is free is available free on my patreon so just do yourself a favor and get it there, at least that way it I am sure it works.
